COVID 19 SAFETY MEASURES at Durley Dean Hotel
In order to make your stay safe and comfortable, the hotel has adopted the following new procedures and policies:
✔All team members will have undertaken COVID secure training
✔All team members will have their temperature checked and have been certified as fit to work prior to commencing their shift
✔Enhanced and compliant cleaning procedures will be in place throughout your stay
✔All public areas including corridors will have Sanitiser available
✔All public areas will be cleaned each hour
✔Limited contactless check-in procedures and Food and Beverage service will be in operation.
✔Guest and Staff will be actively encouraged to social distance by the government recommendations wherever possible.
Arrival Temperature Checks
We request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you do not enter the hotel. These include a new persistent cough, high temperature or loss of taste and smell.
Each guest will be temperature checked before check-in. If a guests temperature is above 38 degrees they will not be permitted to stay with us and will be asked to leave the premises. In the event of not completing your stay with us due to COVID-19 symptoms, guests will not be issued a refund.
Reception surfaces will be cleaned regularly with equipment being wiped down between each guest.
For your and our team members added protection the Servicing and Cleaning of bedrooms, will not take place during hotel stays. This will ensure no one other than your household has entered your room after your pre-arrival deep clean. Towels, toiletries Etc can be requested as required during your stay.
Guests will be required to wear face masks in the hotel corridors, which can be purchased at the hotel reception for £1.00 each if you have not brought your own
