Checking in and out times

Check-in time – 3.00pm

Checkout time – 10am

You are more than welcome to extend your stay either arriving early or departing later

Checkout time can be extended until Midday for £20.00

An early check-in time from 1 pm can be added to your reservation for £20.00

Payment

A £25.00 deposit is payable at the time of booking and then the balance is payable on arrival.

The hotel does not accept cash payments.

Groups

Please contact the hotel for group bookings, conditions apply.

Children’s Beds

When children are staying at the hotel they will be accommodated in bunk beds or Z beds.

Guest identification

As per our terms and conditions, all guests are required to provide a valid form of photo identification prior to check-in.

In the event that you can’t provide a photo id, you will be required to provide a debit or credit card to pre-authorize to confirm your identification

If neither of these can be provided you will not be able to check into the hotel.

Minimum age to stay is 18.

Vouchers

If you have been given a gift voucher for your stay, please bring this with you as it is your form of payment. Our reception team will need to take this from you on arrival.

Leisure

The swimming pool is free of charge for all hotel guests and open from 7am until 9pm

Children are able to use the pool until 8pm each day accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation

The hotels cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Any deposits paid are non-refundable but if a cancellation has been received 48 hours prior to arrival the deposit can be held and used against another reservation for up to 6 months .

Bookings cancelled with less that 48 hours notice will be liable for the full charge of the reservation.
