Manesh Choudray   returned to the Durley Dean as Head Chef in late 2015. Manesh  helped launched the Durley Dean  on its re-opening in 2008 and quickly helped  establish a reputation for  great food at the hotel. With the second phase of refurbishment  complete  Manesh  joins the hotel  at a time where standards are being raised across the hotel in general but  with particular emphasis on the food  offering.
